As a developer of distinctive luxury homes, Arcadia has once again turned to Draks to manufacture and supply bespoke, design led walk-in wardrobes and room dividers. These have been installed in the dressing rooms of Cedar House and Quillets, two substantial new family homes in Farm Lane, Crondall, Surrey.
Cedar House and Quillets are both built to a high specification with many outstanding features; winning the Best New Homes Development Award at the 2012 Surrey Property Awards. Draks Canto room dividers in wenge create separation between the master bedroom and the dressing room in both houses. The dressing rooms were fitted with Draks’ Oxford full carcass walk-in wardrobes complete with bespoke island unit.
Draks manufactures all products in the UK and the bespoke Oxford walk-in wardrobes were designed by the company’s in-house designers who created detailed CAD drawings to maximise the potential of the space. The Draks Oxford range provides a fully carcassed interior with either 18mm or 25mm frames, along with customised drawers, shelves and hanging. A wide selection of accessories is available such as illuminated hanging rails, shoe shelves, solid beech drawers, tie racks and belt racks.
The Canto screen room dividers are made from solid timber and have a rebated bottom track which is set into the floor. Arcadia selected room dividers with mid rails and translucent infills to ensure light and privacy.
Debbie Owen, Sales and Marketing at Arcadia, comments: “Arcadia has worked with Draks on a number of recent projects and the excellent quality and contemporary style suits the high specification associated with our developments. From the design and planning to installation and after-sales care, Draks makes the process easy and enjoyable and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.”
